It’s a Reclamation: How Human Design Helped Rewrite the Midlife Narrative (Part 2)

I didn’t burn it all down overnight — but something inside me had already started the fire.

In this kickoff episode, I’m opening up about what it really feels like to hit midlife and ask the question, “Is this all there is?” From the outside, everything looked “successful.” I had built a life full of roles, commitments, and accomplishments… but inside, it felt like I was disappearing.

The calendar was full.
The expectations were heavy.
And my soul was whispering, “There has to be more.”

When I discovered Human Design, it wasn’t just interesting — it was like being handed a mirror and finally seeing myself clearly. As a 1/3 Generator, I realized that my trial-and-error path wasn’t a flaw — it was my blueprint. Suddenly, all the pivots, all the burnout, all the almosts made sense.

In this episode, I’m sharing:

  • What no one tells you about outgrowing your own life

  • The moment I knew the life I built no longer fit

  • How Human Design gave me permission to stop doing it all

  • What it means to reclaim yourself when the old version of you starts to crack

  • Why I believe midlife isn’t a breakdown — it’s a becoming

  • How I started rebuilding with alignment, energy, and soul as my compass

  • Why I created The Experience Project — a space for women like us to do the same

This episode is for you if you’ve been feeling the nudge… but haven’t had the words.
If you’ve been holding it all together… but secretly feel like you’re slipping.
If you’re ready to stop spinning and start reclaiming your energy, your clarity, and your purpose.

This isn’t a crisis.
This is your invitation to become someone even more true.
